About these terms

These terms apply to your use of the Maison Orvane website and to any purchase you make from us. By placing an order you agree to them.

Products and pricing

All prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD). Applicable taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. We make every effort to display colours, finishes and dimensions accurately; small variations in natural materials and screen display are normal. Dimensions are approximate.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item becomes unavailable or a pricing error occurs; in that case you will be fully refunded. Payment is processed securely by Shopify.

Delivery

Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout and in our shipping information. Risk passes to you on delivery.

Returns

Returns are governed by our Returns & refunds policy.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity on your account. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

Intellectual property

The Maison Orvane name, website design, text and imagery belong to Maison Orvane or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable Canadian consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and of the province in which you reside.
