Our promise

Each Maison Orvane piece is chosen to live with you for years. If something isn't right, here is exactly how returns work.

Return window

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all parts and hardware included.

How to start a return

Contact us through our contact page with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with return instructions. Items sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Return shipping

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or was not what you ordered. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for parcels lost in return transit.

Damaged or defective items

If your piece arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the item and its packaging. We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will confirm by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to show the credit. Original shipping charges are not refunded, except for damaged, defective or incorrect items.

Items that can't be returned

Items that have been assembled, installed, used or altered, and items without their original packaging, cannot be returned unless defective.
